Vision
To build an interconnected ecosystem of businesses that contributes meaningfully to India's growth while creating enduring value for people and communities.
Macis Group is an India-based group of companies with interests spanning technology, retail, agriculture, finance, realty, hospitality, media and other emerging sectors. Rather than being defined by scale alone, the Group is being built around entrepreneurship, practical opportunity and the belief that businesses can create value for customers, partners and communities over the long term.
Macis Group is an India-based, diversified group of businesses spanning technology, retail, agriculture, finance, realty, infrastructure, hospitality, media and emerging industries.
Each Macis business has its own operating purpose. What connects them is a shared belief that industries do not exist in isolation - and that stronger businesses can be built when ideas, capabilities, markets and people are allowed to connect.
The founding of Macis Group was not a corporate event. It was a response to a fracture - the gap between India's ambition and the disconnected systems failing to support it.
Our founders observed that India's growth story was often being written in isolated chapters: a technology company solving for platforms but not access, a logistics business solving for movement but not markets, an agricultural enterprise solving for supply but not consumption, and real estate being developed for volume without always considering the communities around it.
Each was solving a part of the equation. Few were looking at the equation as a whole.
Macis Group emerged from the belief that these opportunities do not have to exist in isolation.
Technology can enable retail. Retail can create markets for agriculture. Finance can enable entrepreneurs and farmers. Logistics can connect producers with consumers. Realty can create communities. Media and design can help ideas reach people. And responsible enterprise can create an impact beyond business itself.
This interconnected thinking became the foundation of Macis Group.
Today, Macis is evolving as a family of businesses across established and emerging industries - each with its own purpose, but connected by a broader ambition: not simply to build more companies, but to build businesses that strengthen one another and participate meaningfully in India's growth.
To build an interconnected ecosystem of businesses that contributes meaningfully to India's growth while creating enduring value for people and communities.
To identify meaningful opportunities, build responsible businesses around them, and connect capabilities across technology, capital, markets and people to create sustainable growth.
We believe businesses create greater value when they do not operate in isolation.
At Macis, we look at the connections between industries, people and communities. Our philosophy is to allow each business to pursue its own purpose while creating opportunities for the wider ecosystem to learn, collaborate and grow.
